Andro 100 exerts its anabolic effect as a result of an enzyme conversion reaction in the liver. When you take Andro 100 an enzyme in the liver acts on the molecular structure of androstenedione, and through this one reaction converts it to testosterone. This conversion only requires one enzyme reaction.

Think of Andro 100 as "fuel" for testosterone production.

How Effective?

So just how effective is Andro 100? Well let's quantify things. The IOC (International Olympic Committee) has a test specifically for testosterone in their testing procedures for banned substances. The problem is testosterone occurs naturally in both males and females - of course higher in males. Well, most males anyway. So how do you test for something that occurs naturally? Ahh, you have to check to see if there is more than there should be.

The IOC test checks the ratio of testosterone to epitestosterone (T/E). This ratio is usually 2 or 3 to 1. However, the IOC allows for a ratio as high as 6 to 1. Anything over 6 to 1 is considered a positive for exogenous testosterone. As a side note, the ITF (International Tennis Federation), that's right tennis, allows a ratio as high as 10 to 1.

To put things in perspective, you could take a 200 milligram injection of testosterone cypionate and still maintain a testosterone/epitestosterone ratio of less than 6 to 1 in most cases depending, of course, on the individual. A 100 milligram dose of Andro 100 could result in a T/E ratio of over 13 to 1!
