Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take two tablets in the morning with a meal, and two additional tablets before bed. Best results may be achieved by taking a dose on an empty stomach with a 4 oz. glass of water, 15 to 30 minutes prior to a meal. Using this supplement on a two-week-on, one-week-off pattern may further enhance results.
