Suggested use:
Gradually add 2 scoops of Heavyweight into 2
cups (16 oz. or 500 ml) of cold water or milk with continuous mixing.
Always use HEAVYWEIGHT 45 minutes before training
to guarantee you get the most powerful workout possible. Don't risk

Next, use HEAVYWEIGHT again immediately after
training to take advantage of the two-hour window that exists after
training. During this time muscle takes up about 85% of the nutrients
