Suggested use:
For optimal results we recommend the following suggested use program.
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (30g) with 8
oz. of water or juice. Daily: Take 1 serving 30-45 minutes prior
to exercise and 1 serving immediately following exercise (within
30-45 minutes). For accelerated gains: Take 1 serving immediately
prior to bed time.
