Shipping Policy

Super Saver Shipping:    Orders are shipped via our Ground carrier and delivered by the US Post Office or an equivalent carrier within 5-9 business days of when you place your order.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

Priority Mail:   Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer).  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.

UPS Shipping Options:   UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Money Orders: Must be drawn in US funds.
Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment, so please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
COD Orders: We do NOT accept COD orders.

Due to impending FDA regulations, effective 1/1/2004, All Sales Are Final on ephedra based products.

California, Illinois and NY State Law  California, Illinois and NY State Law prohibits the sale of ephedra or ephedra alkaloids. We cannot sell or ship supplements containing ephedra or ephedra alkaloids to California, Illinois or NY residents or persons located in California, Illinois or NY.

Canadian Orders

Canada customs have a rather stringent policy regarding supplements allowed within its boundaries. For example, supplements containing stimulants and prohormones are NOT allowed in Canada. If you live in Canada and order supplements to be shipped to Canada, please phone Canada Customs Inspection at (604) 666-3498, or 1-800-267-9675 to speak with one of their inspection officers, and find out if the supplements you plan on purchasing are allowed in Canada. International Orders:  Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service.  You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the Deutsche Post shipping rates.  This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.  Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has shipped.  Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).

International Orders

We will ship products anywhere in the world! (See restrictions below). In fact, we ship products to International Destinations everyday.

We will gladly accept and process your credit card or International Money Order or Check drawn in US Funds and made out to "Global Nutrition Inc"

Most International Orders are Shipped via Global Priority Air Mail and should arrive within approximately 7-14 days. Destination times vary based on the country involved.

International Shipping Charges: Shipping products internationally can be expensive depending on the the weight and destination of the package. In general, smaller products such as training programs and other publications and small bottled supplements are much more inexpensive to ship internationally than larger, heavier products such as Meal Replacement Powders, Whey Proteins, etc.

As an estimate, International Shipping charges are often roughly twice the rate of Domestic Shipping charges (though this of course varies). Packages sent to Canada or Mexico are often considerably less expensive than those sent overseas.

International Shipping Restrictions:

• We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions , or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
• If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.
• You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a $7.50 international processing fee. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Obviously, small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders. E-mail us about the products you are interested in buying for an approximate shipping cost.
• Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
