Just-WHEY Protein Blend (Non-Denatured Specially Filtered Whey Protein
Concentrate, Ion Exchanged Whey Protein Isolate, Cocoa (processed
with Alkali), Cellulose Gum, Artificial Flavor, Salt, Acesulfame
K (Sunett® Brand Sweetener), Sucralose.
Suggested Use:
Mix one scoop in 5-6oz of cold water, non-fat milk or other beverage
and mix well. Just Whey can be added to hot cereals, pancakes and
other baked goods or to sauces to increase your daily protein intake.
For Building Lean Muscle: Muscle is mainly protein
and water. To build lean muscle faster, take 2.5-2.8g of protein
per day per kilo of lean body mass. For faster results consume 25-50%
