| Hydroxycut
is a thermogenic based weight loss drug that has proven effective
for many users. It contains ephedrine (ma Huang), guarana extract(caffeine),
green tea extract, willow bark extract (aspirin), and several other
ingredients. The combination of these ingredients makes Hydroxycut
an effective weight loss supplement. Ephedrine can cause unwanted
side effects, and you should fully understand them. Read our article
on ephedrine here.
This Hydroxycut review is meant to educate you
and help you gain more understanding of what's in Hydroxycut, and
what you can expect from it. You'll find more articles and Hydroxycut
reviews, information, side effects and FAQ on the side menu.
With that said, Hydroxycut is so effective because
it's based on what's called the ECA stack, AKA ephedrine, caffeine,
and asprin stack. The ECA stack is used in most weightloss supplements,
and has proven to be very effective. Their combined effects include
alertness, appetite suppressant, a stimulant, higher blood pressure,
faster heart beat etc.. For example, caffeine increases the level
of circulating fatty acids, and this has been shown to enhance fat
oxidation. (Caffeine does not suppress appetite.)
Hydroxycut Review and Information
Muscletech's Hydroxycut has been around
for quite a while now, and many, many people has had excellent weight
loss results. My housemate, 3 years back, went on Hydroxycut to
get ready for summer, the beach, and the ladies. :) He's by no means
fat, but had a layer of fat which he wanted to shed to show more
definition. After a month or so, by may, he became noticeable more
cut and striated. He didn't lose much weight, since we were hitting
the gym regularly, but he definitely lost some fat pretty fast.
He experience no bad side effects, other than a really fast heart
beat. We measured his heart beat at a resting pace, and it was around
90 to 100. :) It's still within normal range, but for a well trained
athlete, that's pretty high for resting pace.
One of the most valuable input from Hydroxycut
(and other diet supplements alike) is the motivation they can provide.
When you see yourself loosing weight, and start seeing progress,
that feeling just can't be beat. Seeing progress is one of the biggest
motivators, even long after you're off Hydroxycut
It sounds swell and all, but like all good things,
there's always a downside. Shucks... But hey, doesn't mean you should
back off and give up on your ideal body. :) That's why I prepare
these articles (Hydroxycut review and info) to help you gain a better
understanding of the ups and downs. When you're better informed,
you'll be more prepared.
So, you should already be aware that Hydroxycut
has ephedrine. In short, ephedrine causes some unwanted side effects.
And you should also know that even though Hydroxycut has worked
for so many people, it may not work for you - everyone is different.
You should follow the usage direction carefully,
and taking more will not help you lose more weight - it'll only
end up making you sick. The first week of taking it is always a
light dosage. This gives you time to find out your tolerance and
if you should continue taking it. So don't just rush in. You may
also want to consult your physician, since what we have here is
NOT medical advice. :)
