| Xenadrine
EFX has been on the market for sometime now, and it's had great
reviews and results on fat loss and weight control. It looks like
Cytodyne has done a good job with Xenadrine EFX, making it more
'health friendly' without any ephedrine. Using ephedrine is common
in many diet and weight loss products. Xenadrine
RFA-1 is the original flagship product of Cytodyne, and now
with a 'gentler' formula, Xenadrine EFX is sure looking good.
Xenadrine Reviews - Xenadrine EFX Ingredients
Let's take a look at what's inside Xenadrine EFX:
Vitamin C 100 mg
Vitamin B6 10 mg
Pantothenic Acid 12 mg
Magnesium 10 mg
Proprietary Thermodyne Complex 1415 mg
Tyroplex (proprietary blend of l-tyrosine
and acetyl-l-tyrosine), Green Tea Extract (standardized for EGCG
and caffeine), Seropro (proprietary cocoa extract standardized
for PEA (phenylethylamine), tyramine and theobromine), Yerba Mate
(standardized for caffeine), di-Methionine, Ginger Root (standardized
for gingerols), Isotherm (proprietary blend of quercetin and
fisetin), Bitter Orange (standardized for synephrine), DMAE (2-dimethylaminoethanol),
Grape Seed Extract.
There's a good choice and mix of ingredients!
If you know what they are. :) Let's quickly review a few of the
key ingredients in Xenadrine EFX.
1) l-tyrosine and acetyl-l-tyrosine: tyrosine
is an amino acid that is a precursor for a number of neurotransmitters
related to our feeling and mood. A deficiency in this results in
depression and reduced ability to cope with stress, so with Xenadrine
EFX you may get a lift in your mood. :) A good thing.
2) Green tea extract: what can you say about green
tea? Pretty much everything good, and nothing bad. Take a look:
- Green tea is a powerful
antioxidant. (Antioxidants control all the free radicals in your
body, which can be harmful.)
- It helps block the
cancer-promoting actions of carcinogens, ultraviolet light from
the skin, stomach, small intestine, liver or lung.
- The polyphenols in
green tea extract shows promising results supporting weight loss
through increasing energy expenditure.
3) PEA: Phenylethylamine (PEA) helps increase
attention and activity and has been shown to relieve depression
in 60% of depressed patients.
4) Yerba Mate: This herb contain a gentle form
of caffeine, it also supplies vitamins, minerals, and 15 amino acids.
Research suggests that yerba mate may aid with sleep irregularities
and joint pains. Many people drink yerba mate to boost energy without
the side effects of coffee.
Okay, so enough of it already. Cytodyne has done
quite a nice job putting together Xenadrine EFX with a real good
choice of ingredients. And the most notable part is that Xenadrine
EFX is ephedrine free. Most weight loss products work only moderately
well at best without ephedrine. Xenadrine EFX, however, still works
excellent without ephedrine.
Proven Results With Xenadrine EFX
Clinical studies have shown exceptional
weight loss and fat control results achieved with Xenadrine fat
burners. One study, (with 2 groups, a placebo and a Xenadrine group)
had shown that the Xenadrine group achieve 759% more weight-loss
than the placebo group in 6 weeks. The Xenadrine group also had
much more increase in lean muscle mass than the placebo group. A
positive note from these studies had shown the subjects did not
experience any negative side effects.
I caution you though, even though
the studies showed no side effects, this may not be the case for
everyone.
The Xenadrine studies I've read about
have all been done with Xenadrine RFA-1. I'm still searching for
some Xenadrine EFX studies, and would be happy if anyone knows of
any. ;-)
Overall, Xenadrine EFX is an effective weight loss and fat control
product with proven results. It has a good mix and combination of
ingredients, that could be beneficial helping you achieve your goals.
So, should you try Xenadrine EFX?
Xenadrine EFX is the new line of
Cytodyne weight control products, unlike Xenadrine RFA-1, it's completely
ephedrine free, and compared to the hundreds of weight loss products
out there, Xenadrine EFX is one of the better ones, and is definitely
worth a try.
